The JCT (Junction) Trio is one of the most exciting recent alliances of expert musicians. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to hear them.
Stefan Jackiw, one of America's foremost violinists, was hailed for playing of "uncommon musical substance" that is "striking for its intelligence and sensitivity" by the Boston Globe. He joins pianist and composer Conrad Tao, dubbed a musician of "probing intellect and open-hearted vision" by the New York Times and cited by them as "one of five classical music faces to watch" in the 2018-2019 season, and cellist Jay Campbell, the only musician ever to receive two Avery Fisher Career Grants. The New York Times has called his playing "electrifying."

“Watching the trio perform, one really couldn’t tell who was happier to be there — the rapt audience or the musicians, who threw themselves into repertoire they clearly love.” Boston Globe
